Open enrollment season is, low-key, one of the most stressful periods of the year. You only get one shot at open enrollment for the whole year (barring a major life change) and it’s vital to get the right coverage. Speaking from experience, I always have open enrollment regret–there’s almost always some benefit that I didn’t realize was available, or better dental plan options for my 5-year-old’s terrible teeth.
