After 3 months of employment at Banzai, you are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan. The 401(k) is a retirement savings option that allows you to allocate a portion of your paycheck into a long-term investment account.
Banzai will match your contributions up to 5%. You can choose from various investment options.

- Is my contribution a set dollar amount or percentage?You can select either a percent or dollar amount. Limits on employee contributions are set by the IRS. The maximum contribution for employees under age 50 is $23,000 per year, and for those 50 and older the limit is $30,500. If that amount is reached, your contributions will be put on hold until the next calendar year.
