Many full-time employees receive a desktop or laptop to work on—specs vary for each position. Your manager will discuss the specifics for your position. If the device you are given for your position is a laptop or mobile device, you can take it home and use it for personal reasons (shopping, networking, creating, watching videos, scrolling on social media, or anything else).
Banzai asks, however, that you avoid unethical use of the device, which would include contracted or paid work from a Banzai competitor or contracted or paid work during the hours you have committed to Banzai—as well as other nefarious or unethical uses. The device is qualified for replacement every three years.
